At Southeastern Fastpitch we believe in transparent, affordable registration fees and NO sanctioning fees! This is one of the many differences between us and other tournament organizations. We currently offer three different types of tournaments that are suitable for all skill/team levels.

Registration for tournaments is managed through our registration software provider Tourney Machine. Once you create an account for your team you can register for a tournament, upload and manage your team roster and more.  After you have registered for a tournament, Directors will be able to communicate with you regarding each tournament in real time. This program has a mobile app  to help you and parents/players stay connected to your team and division throughout the tournament. You will receive important updates about your tournament, teams standings, weather delays and more. We encourage all coaches and parents to download the app to follow their team!

Registration fees for SFP tournaments are indicate on each event. Registration fees range from $125 to $345 depending on the tournaments location. All 8U teams receive free or discounted team registration into SFP tournaments. Payment methods accepted include cash, check or credit card. Payment is not required at the time of registration but is encouraged. Teams choosing to pay the day of are required to pay this fee on the Saturday of the tournament prior to the start of the first game. Click the link below to register.
